Delivery Terms

DELIVERY

  • Enjoy free door-to-door delivery in Singapore when You spend a minimum amount Of SGD 150 and above (Exclude shipping fee)
  • In the event that you are below the free delivery minimum, we charge a courier fee of SGD S$6 and above depending on weight
  • COD is currently not available as we will be using third party logistic provider to help us deliver.             
  • All orders will be processed and delivered to the customers within the next 1-3 working days from the date that the order is Confirmed
  • We Keep you informed

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item has prepared and on delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier and tracking information

 

STORE PICK UP

For self-collection, kindly print a copy of your order confirmation email and present. Our store staff will verify your identification and assist you with the collection accordingly.

If your schedule gets too Busy and would like to authorise someone else to collect on behalf of you, he / she have to present a copy of the order confirmation email together with his / her personal identification document to our store staff.
